For more than three decades, Iraq has been in a state of war and fighting.

The 2003-2011 operation, numerous terrorist attacks, and the war against ISIS destroyed infrastructure and human lives. At the same time, the international coalition and Iraq raised a huge amount of money and developed detailed reconstruction plans for dozens of projects.
