Research on the practices of reconstruction after destruction: the UK

Mariia Mygal

The World War II took 25% of the UK’s national wealth and the lives of about 384,000 military and 70,000 civilians.

After the war, the British experienced an economic and fuel crisis, rising public debt, and devaluation of the currency.

How did the UK manage to recover and become a country with one of the highest GDPs in the world? What recovery practices can Ukraine adopt?
