Working on business issues related to the implementation of e-consignment note
On 1 March, the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine initiated a webinar to address the issues that business representatives have regarding the implementation of e-consignment note.
The questions were previously collected and processed by experts from the Ministry and the Institute for Analysis and Advocacy, who are working together on this project.
During the webinar, the following issues were discussed:
➡️ filling out the e-consignment note;
➡️ pickup and return of goods;
➡️ the sequence, revocation and verification of signatures applied to the e-consignment note;
➡️ of supporting documents to the e-consignment note and its verification by the controlling authorities.
In addition, attention was paid to the application of e-consignment note for the agricultural sector and cases where the consignee is an individual.

The implementation of the e-consignment note system is carried out by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and USAID/UK aid of the TAPAS Project/Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services and with the participation of the NGO “Institute of Analyics and Advocacy”, which is the administrator of the e-consignment notesystem for the period of the project.
