Survey for creating an AI-based knowledge base on the recovery of Ukraine

The IAA team is developing the concept of a digital knowledge base that will bring together relevant reports, research, and analytical materials on the recovery of Ukraine.

The current pace and volume of information require new approaches to data handling. The future platform is expected to include AI features (artificial intelligence tools) to help:

• concisely summarize lengthy documents;
• quickly identify key recommendations;
• compare different sources with one another;
• work with information more efficiently and quickly overall.

We aim to launch a tool that will truly simplify the work of experts with documents and reports. The main goal of this survey is to understand real user needs, as well as the challenges and difficulties that arise when working with sources.

Your responses will help shape the technical requirements for the platform so that it becomes as useful as possible and unites documents, sources, and analytical findings into a single effective knowledge base.

If you are a researcher or a public official directly working with analytical materials, reports, recommendations, and documents regarding the recovery of Ukraine, your experience is extremely valuable to us.
