Webinars for business representatives on the implementation of e-consignment note

Mariia Mygal

On 1 August 2023, the use of e-consignment note will become mandatory for all road freight transport. Until then, businesses have time to transition and gradually use e-consignment note instead of paper waybills.

Business representatives will need to use the system efficiently and promptly, so we are advising them and explaining all the nuances of the transition to the electronic waybill.

In order to ensure that everyone gets answers to their questions, we, together with the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure, organise online meetings where we explain all the features of using the e-consignment note.

The webinars help all parties to the process, as it is very important for us to receive feedback from businesses in order to work on mistakes and eliminate shortcomings or misunderstandings that arise in connection with the transition to the mandatory use of e-consignment note.

During the meetings, answers to questions are provided by:
📌 Anatoliy Komirnyi – Deputy Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalisation.
📌 Anton Zinchenko – Head of Digitalisation Projects at the Institute for Analytics and Advocacy.
📌 Ruslana Tylevna – Director of the Business Analysis Department at PTAH.
📌 Dmytro Honcharov – product manager at EDIN.

During the webinars, we address issues on various topics, including:
🔸 Implementation of e-consignment note (important issues regarding the functioning, what to do in the absence of the Internet and complete blackout);
🔸 The cost of using e-consignment note;
🔸 peculiarities of drawing up an e-consignment note (different cases, the role of the driver and the forwarder);
