Research on the practices of reconstruction after destruction: Vietnam
Vietnam was at war for a quarter of the twentieth century. The hostilities between South and North Vietnam destroyed critical infrastructure in the northern part of the country, caused significant damage to the environment and crops, and claimed the lives of 3 to more than 7 million people.
