Expert advice for CSOs on adaptation of activities in the conditions of war
The priorities and areas of work of the public sector have changed significantly during the war.
Unfortunately, not all CSOs are able to “survive” on their own.
Our team has managed to adapt, continue its work and focus its activities on helping the country and Ukrainians.
We have launched a program of expert consultations for CSOs, where our and involved experts show other CSOs by their own example that it is possible.
We have already held 5 consultations, during which we told
👉 how to use fundraising opportunities;
👉 how to establish new partnerships;
👉 on general issues of financial reporting and financial management.
There are 5 more equally important topics ahead. We are confident that studying them will help organizations adapt and work to win.
