Research on the practices of reconstruction after destruction: the USA

Mariia Mygal

In the post-war period, some Ukrainian cities will have to be rebuilt almost from scratch.

Our team decided to study the practices of rebuilding different countries after destruction. This will help us to select effective cases that can be used in Ukraine in the post-war period to accelerate reconstruction and stabilise development.

The second country in our study is the United States of America. In 2005, Hurricane Katrina destroyed about 80% of New Orleans, caused the dam to burst and $170 billion in damage.

Please note! The material is available for review in Ukrainian only

We continue our research and believe that victory is near. Everything will be Ukraine
