Webinar with business representatives on the implementation of e-consignment note: release

On 15 February, a webinar with business representatives was held.
The main objective of the meeting was to answer questions from business representatives about the transition to the mandatory use of e-consignment note starting from 1 August this year.
The following people joined the meeting to answer questions from business:
- Anatoliy Komirnyi, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalisation
- Anton Zinchenko, Head of Digitalisation Projects at the Institute for Analytics and Advocacy;
- Ruslana Tylevna, Director of the Business Analysis Department at PTAH;
- Dmytro Honcharov, product manager at EDIN;
During the webinar, the experts answered the following questions:
➡️ implementation of e-consignment note (important questions about the functioning, what to do in the absence of the Internet and complete blackout);
➡️ the cost of using the e-consignment note;
➡️ peculiarities of drawing up an e-consignment note (different cases, the role of the driver and the forwarder);
➡️ corrective documents;
➡️ special forms and excisable goods group;
➡️ interoperability of the e-consignment note system.

The implementation of the e-consignment note system is carried out in partnership between the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the USAID/UK aid TAPAS Project/Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services and with the participation of the NGO “Institute of Analysis and Advocacy”, which is the administrator of the e-consignment note system for the period of the project.
