Methodology of public self-assesment of IFA

In 2020, the Institute of Analysis and Advocacy began a study to attract and use Ukraine’s international financial assistance (repayable and non-repayable) to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. To measure how transparent and accountable governments are to their citizens in matters relating to international financial assistance, we have developed this evaluation tool.
