Online meeting with business representatives on the implementation of e-consignment note

On 27 January, at 10:00 a.m., the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine will host an online meeting with representatives of business associations on the implementation of e-consignment note.

The speakers of the meeting will be:

📌 Mustafa Nayyem – Deputy Minister of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine.

📌 Anatoliy Komirnyi – Deputy Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalisation.

📌 Artem Mykhailiuk – Advisor to the Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation.

📌 Anastas Boyko – Head of e-Services and Open Data, USAID/UK aid project “Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services/TAPAS.

📌 Anton Zinchenko – Head of Digitalisation Projects at the Institute of Analysis and Advocacy.

During the meeting, the status of work on the project, the implementation of the next stages and the process and conditions for the transition to the mandatory use of e-consignment note for road freight transport for all groups of goods this year will be reported.

The implementation of the e-consignment note system is carried out in partnership between the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the USAID/UK aid TAPAS Project/Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services, with the participation of the NGO Institute for Analysis and Advocacy, which is the administrator of the e-consignment note system for the duration of the project.
