Reconstruction in a time of war: review №2

Despite the fact that the war is still ongoing, the Ukrainian government and society are not putting off the issue of rebuilding the country. Damaged and destroyed facilities are already being rebuilt and long-term plans are being implemented to address the consequences of the invasion.

So to summarize the results and highlight the reconstruction trends, we collected and analyzed more than 1,000 news stories from November 2023 to March 2024. Each news item was categorized by sector and institutional affiliation.
