How does Ukraine fulfill its obligations to the IMF? Analysis of the last three programs

Back in 1994, the International Monetary Fund began providing Ukraine with its financial resources. Since then, the Fund has been one of the main partners in providing loans to our country. However, the effectiveness of cooperation with the Fund causes various discussions both in Ukrainian society and in expert circles, in particular regarding the reforms carried out by the Government within the framework of programs with the IMF, and periodic media reports about Ukraine’s failure to receive the next tranche due to non-fulfillment of obligations only increase the degree of discussion.
