Policy and data analytics

As part of the “Re:Ukraine” project, the IAA team conducts research on the experience of economic and infrastructure recovery of countries affected by military conflicts and disasters in order to increase Ukraine’s capacity for the most effective economic recovery and reconstruction, effective reforms and necessary changes in legislation that will be applied in Ukraine after the war.
Within the framework of the “Debt relief4Ukraine” project, we conduct an analysis of Ukraine’s loan programs from the IMF and the fulfillment of obligations by the Ukrainian side under these programs, an analysis of the structure of costs for servicing Ukraine’s public debt (interest rates; commissions; fines; etc.) in order to identify the portrait of the situation; we are researching public debt management models in developed countries with the aim of finding ways to adapt them in Ukraine and rationalize state budget expenditures.
The “IMF surcharge campaign” project is aimed at finding options for improving Ukraine’s lending conditions from the IMF in terms of additional payments.
