Underestimating the importance of prevention programs further complicates the treatment component, increasing the influx of new patients, and ignoring care and support, in turn, reduces the effectiveness of treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Project results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>country coordination mechanisms have been established through which representatives of the CSOs take a proactive part in the development and implementation of the state HIV policy;<\/li><li>The regulatory framework has been amended to ensure sustainable and comprehensive regulation of the process of providing HIV services at the expense of the country&#8217;s budgets;<\/li><li>The possibility of a gradual increase in funding from the country budgets for HIV services using social contact mechanisms that are most relevant for each specific project country was ensured;<\/li><li>2 information web portals were developed &#8211; SCO Social Contracting and Transitionplan.online.
