The issue of absorption capacity is particularly acute in the context of the recovery of de-occupied communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is why we conducted a study of a sample of 25 de-occupied communities in the Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions, focusing on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>the current state and absorption capacity of communities after de-occupation;<\/li><li>the experience of recovery of the studied communities in the context of the regions;<\/li><li>and the main obstacles to this process.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposals formulated based on the results of the study should contribute to increasing the level of absorption capacity in de-occupied communities, which is not only desirable but also vital for successful reconstruction.
