Europe expects the digitalization of freight transportation to save money and time, minimize health risks for workers in the pandemic era, and improve the environment. Ukraine is also moving towards digital technologies in transport &#8211; in 2020, our country acceded to the Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road on the Electronic Consignment Note (CMR).
