It lost 50% of its railway infrastructure, 55% of its healthcare infrastructure, more than 64% of its chemical industry, and almost 60% of its electrical industry. In total, the Germans destroyed 38% of Poland&#8217;s national wealth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How did this country manage to recover from the war and occupation and become one of the leading countries in Europe?
