The underground activities of criminal groups against the current government were extremely brutal. They were involved in imposing tribute on farmers, kidnapping people for ransom, and disrupting critical infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Did the authorities manage to resolve the conflict and get on the road to recovery?
