IAA analysts have already studied seven countries that have suffered destruction for various reasons. We select effective practices that can be used in Ukraine in the post-war period to accelerate reconstruction and stabilise development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The top seven:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udccc\" South Korea<\/a><\/strong>, which, having suffered significant destruction during the three-year war, managed to recover and become an “Asian tiger” with a powerful economy;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udccc\" The United States of America<\/strong> <\/a>and the recovery of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udccc\" The People’s Republic of China<\/a><\/strong> and the authorities’ reasonable actions to overcome the consequences of the devastating earthquake;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udccc\" Iran<\/a><\/strong>, which has not yet been able to recover from the consequences of the war with Iraq\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udccc\" Germany<\/strong><\/a> and the German economic miracle\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udccc\" Japan<\/a><\/strong>, which after the World War II lost more than 25% of its national wealth, but later became a country with one of the most powerful economies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
