This will help us to select effective cases that can be used in Ukraine in the post-war period to accelerate reconstruction and stabilise development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second country in our study is the United States of America. In 2005, Hurricane Katrina destroyed about 80% of New Orleans, caused the dam to burst and $170 billion in damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>Please note!
