This will help us to select effective cases that can be used in Ukraine in the post-war period to accelerate reconstruction and stabilise development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first country in our study is South Korea. The three-year war with North Korea destroyed about 80% of their industrial and transport infrastructure. However, South Korea is now an &#8220;Asian tiger&#8221; with a strong economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>Please note!
