{"id":631,"date":"2023-03-02T08:07:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-02T08:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iaa.org.ua\/en\/?post_type=articles&#038;p=631"},"modified":"2023-05-12T08:18:46","modified_gmt":"2023-05-12T08:18:46","slug":"opraczyuvannya-pytan-biznesu-shhodo-vprovadzhennya-e-ttn","status":"publish","type":"articles","link":"https:\/\/iaa.org.ua\/en\/articles\/opraczyuvannya-pytan-biznesu-shhodo-vprovadzhennya-e-ttn\/","title":{"rendered":"Working on business issues related to the implementation of e-consignment note"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On 1 March, the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine initiated a webinar to address the issues that business representatives have regarding the implementation of\u00a0e-consignment note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The questions were previously collected and processed by experts from the Ministry and the Institute for Analysis and Advocacy, who are working together on this project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the webinar, the following issues were discussed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f filling out the\u00a0e-consignment note;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f pickup and return of goods;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f the sequence, revocation and verification of signatures applied to the \u00a0e-consignment note;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f of supporting documents to the \u00a0e-consignment note and its verification by the controlling authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, attention was paid to the application of \u00a0e-consignment note for the agricultural sector and cases where the consignee is an individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expert answers to the questions were provided by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Anatoliy Komirnyi<\/strong> &#8211; Deputy Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Anton Zinchenko<\/strong> &#8211; Head of Digitalisation Projects at the Institute for Analytics and Advocacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Ruslana Tylevna<\/strong> &#8211; Director of the Business Analysis Department at PTAH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Dmytro Honcharov<\/strong> &#8211; product manager at EDIN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read more about the event on the e-consignment note Ukraine website<\/strong> \ud83d\udc49https:\/\/bit.ly\/3ZAlF3Q<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Watch the recording of the broadcast at the link<\/strong> \ud83d\udc49 https:\/\/bit.ly\/3YcBhts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The implementation of the e-consignment note system is carried out by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and USAID\/UK aid of the TAPAS Project\/Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services and with the participation of the NGO &#8220;Institute of Analyics and Advocacy&#8221;, which is the administrator of the \u00a0e-consignment notesystem for the period of the project.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 1 March, the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine initiated a webinar to address the issues that business representatives have regarding the implementation of\u00a0e-consignment note.
